Users are solely responsible for all images and content generated. FakePosts reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy.

The application layout, design elements, logo, and source code are the intellectual property of FakePosts. Generated mockups utilize designs resembling social media platforms (X/Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) which remain under their respective trademarks.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

FakePosts is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the application's uptime, availability, or error-free performance.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FakePosts, its founders, or contributors be held liable for any damages, losses, or legal disputes resulting from your use of the tool, including the generation or sharing of mockups.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
